The properties listed below are in commercially zones areas of the City of Groves. They are vacant and eligible for EDC assistance to make them active new Groves businesses. The Groves EDC will work with any qualified buyer to develop an assistance package that will make the listed commercial property attractive to new businesses. This includes but is not limited to assistance in the following areas:

  1. Demolition
  2. Repairs/Remodel
  3. Infrastructure (extension of utilities)
  4. Ingress and egress development and improvements
  5. Partial rebate of sales tax
  6. Reimbursement of water and sewer tap fees
