1.    Discuss authorizing the City of Groves Municipal Court to collect payment of fines

          and costs by credit card or electronic means (debit card).

2.   Discuss awarding the bid for resurfacing Main Avenue, Monroe, and Lincoln Avenue.

3.    Discuss canceling the regularly scheduled City Council Work Session of 05/21/09   

          and the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting of 05/25/09 due to the observance

          of Memorial Day on May 25, 2009.

4.   Discuss approval to rehab two Wastewater Plant clarifiers.
