City of Groves’ Online Municipal Court Payments

To make a payment online, please follow these steps:

1. Please click the link on the City of Groves’ website ( www.cigrovestx.com ) or go to www.municipalonlinepayments.com/grovestx directly;

2. Search By: Name, Citation Number, Driver’s License, and or Vehicle Information
*You must input your correct date of birth.

 - If the information does not match, then you will not be able to make an online payment.

3. Fill in the appropriate information

4.  At this point the user will be able to make payments with a credit card online for Failure to Appear Arrest Warrants, Capias Pro Fine Warrants, Initial Appearance Citations, and Payment Plan (Partial Payments based on Court Order Agreement).

5. Upon successful payment please print out your receipt, for your records.
