CITY OF GROVES ANIMAL CONTROL

The City of Groves currently has one Animal Control Officer. The officer
works under the direction of the Fire Chief. The new Mid-County Animal
Shelter was completed in 2011 and meets all the required criteria for the
State of Texas. The new shelter along with the remodeled old shelter,
will provide a safe and temporary home for animals awaiting adoption or
for lost animals to be reunited with their owners.
