The Finance Department is responsible for the financial administration, accounting, treasury, cash management, utility
billing functions of the City. The Director of Finance administers all fiscal affairs of the City, including duties and
responsibilities pertaining to the City's accounting system, disbursement of funds, collection of revenue, financial
reporting, etc. The Department manages the annual audit, assists the City Manager in preparation of the annual
budget and advises management on all aspects of financial planning and debt management of the City.
The Director of Finance is the designated Computer Network Administrator for the City. Responsibilities include overall
administration, maintenance, monitoring and security of all computers owned by the City.
